I am trying to build a LabVIEW application which fails with an Error 1562:

There are various root causes that can lead to the error. Try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Check for locked libraries
Check that all toolkit that you use in your project are licensed
Try building an application from an empty VI in a new project. If that does not work repair the LabVIEW installation .
