Issue Details

The customer is using NI OPC Server 2016 to communicate with the Omron NJ501-1500 PLC. They found that when setting some tags data type as 'Double', it will show the following notification:

       Omron FINS Ethernet

       Data type 'Double' is not valid for device address 'D13404'.

       Do you need help specifying an address for the selected device?

This notification is shown in the following dialog box




NI OPC Server CJ2 address doesn't support 'Double' data type. You can change to the 'Float' as a workaround.
