How to Remove NI License Manager

I wish to remove all NI software from my computer, including NI License Manager. However, I am not able to delete NI License Manager from the NI Package Manager and there was a warning shown as below:

What is the way to properly remove NI License Manager from my computer?

Follow the steps below to uninstall NI License Manager from computer.
  1. On the computer, press Window + R key simultaneously and search for the %temp% folder.
  2. Right-click the Temp folder and go to Properties.
  3. In the Security tab, check if the user account has been added permission as shown below.2022-07-26_13h50_56.png
  4. If the user account is not in the list, try adding it by clicking Add....
  5. Try to uninstall NI License Manager from NI Package Manager again.
  6. To uninstall NI Package Manager, go to Control Panel >> Programs >> Programs and Features and select NI Package Manager to uninstall it.
