How Can I Get A New License File for Volume License Manage

Issue Details

I have upgraded software which is activated by network license. However, our network license doesn't contain the latest version of the software. Where should I contact to request new contract or a new license file for the latest software?

Solution

The license file can be used to activate software with the version described in the license file or older. For new contract or license file, you need to contact with a NI agreements representative at apac.software.services.operations@ni.com if you are in Asia Pacific (APAC) region or to services@ni.com if you are in other regions.
