PXIe-8821 BIOS update warning

Issue Details

I'm trying to update the BIOS of my PXIe-8821.
When I applied the BIOS image obtained from this site ,
This Program will update the BIOS on your PXIe-8840QC Embedded Controller.
If this is not a PXIe-8840QC do not proceed with the BIOS flash.
Type "FLASHDOS.bat" at the prompt to update the BIOS.
was displayed.

Solution

This is a warning displayed to differentiate between the PXIe-8840QC and PXIe-8840 BIOS.
The PXIe-8840QC and PXIe-8840 have similar names but use different BIOS images.
 
However, the PXIe-8821 uses exactly the same BIOS image as the PXIe-8840QC.
Therefore, even if this warning appears when updating the BIOS of the PXIe-8821, proceed with the BIOS update.
No problem.
