LabVIEW Write Data API is Missing Properties Detail in the Configure Write Data Dialog

Issue Details

  • I checked Write Data API in LabVIEW 2019, and it shows the properties in Configure Write Data setting, but when I checked the API in LabVIEW 2022 Q3, the properties is gone.

  • Write Data API in LabVIEW did not show any properties in Configure Write Data setting. How to see its properties?

Solution

This issue is caused by installation issue and not related to LabVIEW version, add-ons or toolkits.
In order to resolve the issue, the user needs to either:

  • Repair LabVIEW in NI Package Manager.

  • Uninstall and reinstall LabVIEW
