Error -301104 Using ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit

Issue Details

When using the MC XCP Set Cal Page.vi from the ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit (ECUMC), LabVIEW gets the following error:

Error -301104 occurred at an unidentified location

Possible reason(s):

ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit: XCP error: The selected memory page is not available.

How can I resolve this error?

Solution

  • Use either the A2L Viewer , which is provided with the ECUMC Toolkit, or MC XCP get Cal page.vi, to check that the Cal page actually exists and is defined in the A2L file, and that write access is permitted.
  • Check that XCP parameters of the interface are activated. 

Additional Information

XCP drivers are not standard and need to support CAN or Ethernet interfaces, so it could be the case that XCP is not correctly implemented in the ECU software.
