Teststand Deployment Utility Not Included in the Installation

Issue Details

The TestStand Deployment Utility is missing from the Tools Sequence Editor Tools menu after completing the installation and licensing process. The DeploymentUtility.exe is also missing from the Host computer.

Solution

TestStand Deployment Utility is included with the TestStand Tools installation package, to properly install this package follow the procedure below:
  1. Uninstall TestStand from the Host PC using NI Package Manager, see Installing, Updating, Repairing, and Removing NI Software for more details.
  2. Once TestStand is removed repeat the installation process using NI Package Manager.
  3. Make sure the TestStand Tools installation package is selected in the installation wizard: image.png
  4. Complete the installation process, TestStand Deployment Utility will now be available in the Host PC.
