No Dependencies or Build Specifications Under the Target in LabVIEW 2023

Issue Details

When I add new CVS, ISC, and IC targets in the LabVIEW 2023 Q3 version, the project targets are missing the Dependencies and Build Specifications as shown below.

Solution

This concerns a bug number 2603685, which is specific to the Q1 and Q3 versions of LabVIEW 2023 and does not occur in other versions. As an alternative solution, you can save the project using a previous version of LabVIEW, then open it in the 2023 version. This approach ensures that the dependencies and Build Specifications child items remain intact when you open the project in the new version.
