What is Renewtrak?
Renewtrak is an automation platform that offers fully automated SaaS (Software as a Service) renewals. A select group of customers will receive notifications from Renewtrak regarding their upcoming license renewals.
What is the Relationship between NI and Renewtrak?
NI is currently evaluating Renewtrak to increase Automatization capabilities in the Software Renewal process. A Pilot will be launched with limited renewal opportunities. That means that a small portion of customers will be contacted via Renewtrak’ s platform regarding their licenses up for renewal.
I received an email from Renewtrak. What do I do?
You can continue your license renewal process on Renewtrack’s platform which is fully trustworthy, and the renewal process completed via Renewtrak is equivalent to a renewal pursued with NI with the exact same service entitlements.
Communication Details:
Emails sent via Renewtrak will come from the address noreply.renewals@notifications.renewtrak.com. These emails will include a link to the platform, allowing customers to view the details of their renewal.
Navigating the Platform:
To access the renewals platform, click on the "Review Quote" button in the email you received from Renewtrak.
This will lead to a page with the details of your renewal
