NI DCPower Error -1074118450: 58W Power and Cooling Chassis Required

Issue Details

I am using a PXIe-4190 with a PXIe-1073 chassis. When I perform self-test using the NI MAX, I am getting an error -1074118450. The details of the error as below.

The self-test has failed.
This instrument requires a chassis with cooling slot capacity of 58W or higher. Refer to your product documentation for more information. 
Error reported by the instrument driver: -1074118450

Solution

The chassis cooling capacity per slot for PXIe-1073 is only 38.25W. Since the PXIe-4190 requires a higher cooling capacity of 58W, the PXIe-1073 chassis does not fulfill the requirement. 

You need to use the chassis model such as PXIe-1083, PXIe-1084, PXIe-1088, PXIe-1090, or PXIe-1095, which has a cooling capacity of 58W and above to work with the PXIe-4190.

Additional Information

For now, NI could only guarantee that the PXIe-4190 work with the NI chassis mentioned above. NI does not guarantee that the PXIe-4190 could work with other third-party chassis, such as Keysight M9046A, even though the chassis fulfill cooling capacity of 58W or above.
