Error -19035: TestSTand Deployment Build Failed

Issue Details

When attempting to build a Teststand deployment I get following error:

While Processing VIs...
The following VIs or project libraries have duplicate names.
You must change the duplicate VI names or add the VIs to project libraries. (Message Code: -19035)

Solution

This error occur when one or more files deployed to the same base destination have duplicate qualified name. 
To fix the problem select Include Subdirectories in the System Source of TestSTand Deployment Utility:
