Solution
Unless it is explicitly stated that a subsystem is using software timing in Flexlogger, all other tasks are hardware timed.
An easy example would be to simulate a USB-6351 in NI-MAX, you will see the following where the first port of the digital IO uses the digital sample rate set by the user while the rest of the ports will be software timed.
