Error -123002 When Using LabVIEW FPGA Cloud Compile Service

Issue Details

I am using the LabVIEW FPGA Cloud Compile Service to compile my LabVIEW FPGA code. This has worked fine for me in the past from this same computer, but now I am getting the following error:

Error -123002 occurred at niFpgaCompileFarm_OpenJob.vi

Possible reason(s):

NI-Farm: No worker has registered the given capability name.

Solution

This error can occur for a couple of reasons:
  • The Cloud Compile Service is under heavy load. Try your compilation again in a few minutes or hours to see if it is successful.
  • There is a service disruption on the LabVIEW FPGA Cloud Compile Service. If you have already tried restarting your compilation multiple times and are still getting the same error, please contact NI Technical Support to report this problem.
