Issue Details

  • I am trying to display an image hosted by my FTP server in my webVI but nothing is shown when the webVI is running. How can I resolve this issue?
  • Does URL Image from G Web Development Software Web Module support FTP protocol?
  • URL Image in my webVI can only display images with HTTP and HTTPS URL. If FTP URL is used, nothing will be shown. Is it expected behavior?

Solution

URL Image supports only HTTP and HTTPS protocol. FTP protocol is not supported. Therefore, kindly ensure the image you would like to display can be accessed by using HTTP and HTTPS protocol.
