NI cDAQ-9139 Boots to Black Screen With Cursor

Issue Details

I have cDAQ-9139 running on Windows Embedded Standard 7 (WES7). It does not boot into operating system (OS).
I see black screen with flashing cursor on the upper left corner when powering on the device. Only power LED is lit.

Solution

This behavior indicates OS corruption or memory issue. Re-installation of the OS may solve the problem.
