Solution
LabVIEW does not provide native support/APIs for using offline/online maps. Most of the map support in LabVIEW is through independent Third Party Add-Ons such as
Google Maps API and
INSol Offline Maps API. These Add-Ons are not supported or maintained by NI & you need to reach out to these Third Party Add-On providers for your specific requirement or query. In some cases, they might do custom development as well based on your requirements.
