Issue Details

I need to deploy an application using an installer created with the LabVIEW Application Builder, is it possible to create the installer with an MSI format (Windows Installer)?

Solution

Currently, it is not possible to create an installer with LabVIEW with an MSI format using the Application Builder. The LabVIEW Application Builder is only able to create standard executable installers which use the .exe format. Nevertheless, it is possible to build an MSI installer with a third-party tool and include the same installers and dependencies that the LabVIEW Application Builder would include.
