Error 1003 Occurs When Launching VeriStand

Issue Details

When opening VeriStand projects, error 1003 occurs:

Solution

  1. Disable antivirus or security software which can block the VeriStand gateway.
  2. Check Firewall settings including the port settings in the VeriStand project.
    1. Select File>>Preferences…
    2. Select the Ports tab
    3. Troubleshoot by disabling firewall or creating a rule in the firewall settings
