NI Software Errors When Launching the License Manager Login Window

Issue Details

When I use NI Software and I try to login with my credentials in the login pop-up, I received the following error:

Solution

If you experience this message on your computer, it is possible that the cookies are disabled. Try enabling the cookies with this article [EXTERNAL] Delete and manage cookies.

If the error is being experienced on Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022, please make sure Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (ECS) is disabled by following this article  [EXTERNAL] FAQ about Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (ESC)
