There Is No License Associated With Your NI User Account

Issue Details

  • When I try to activate my software using the option Check my account for licenses I get the error "There is no license associated with your NI User account".
  • After installing LabVIEW there are modules that still require to be licensed even after attempting to activate with a serial number.


This error can occur if the licenses are not registered under your NI account

Another reason for this behavior is certain add-ons you try to activate are not included in your serial number or not registered in your NI User Account. In this case, you can purchase the module from or register it under your personal account.
