Do I Need to Upgrade My TestStand Deployment Licenses While Migrating to a Newer Version of TestStand?

Issue Details

I have licenses for TestStand Development System, TestStand Base Deployment Engine and TestStand Debug Deployment Environment and I am looking to upgrade my TestStand to a newer version. Do I need to upgrade the deployment licenses as well?

Solution

The TestStand Base Deployment Engine license is a perpetual license and can be used with the upgraded TestStand version also without requiring an upgrade. However, the TestStand Debug Deployment Environment license needs to be upgraded with a newer version of TestStand.
