Issue Details

The following error may occur from VIPM. Is there a way to stop this feature?

Solution

There are two solutions in order to fix the issue.

Solution 1:  Modify Settings.ini file
Change the following two lines of Settings.ini located in C:\ProgramData\JKI\VIPM to FALSE. 
Start VIPM when computer starts? = "FALSE"
Start VIPM when LabVIEW starts? = "FALSE"

Solution 2: Configure Proxy Settings
Change Proxy configuration in VIPM to "No Proxy (Direct Connection)" in Options >> Network >> Configure Proxy to access the Internet.
