Error 540 When Running an Analog Measurement on MPManager

Issue Details

When running an Analog Measurement script on MPManager, I get the Error 540 in the log pannel.

 

Solution

You will need to send the MP500 you are using to NI in order to perform a calibration of the device.

Please contact NI technical support team on ni.com when
opening a Service Request case using the NI Service Request Manager (SRM) .

Additional Information

This issue can happen in the following case :

- If the last calibration date is too old.

- If the Analog Measurement license has been added after the last calibration was performed.
