How to Backup My Denso Robot Error History

My Denso Robot cannot move anymore with an error code.
For example error code,
  • 85404641(Lv5)
  • 85480003(Lv5)
Even though I reboot the whole system, the error do not disappear.

In case high level error happened(e.g. Level 5), we need backup file for analysis

How to get the file 
  1. Run WinCAP3 software
  1. Log in as "Programmer" (You will need a password to do so)
 
  1. Go to "New Project" in the File menu
  1. Select "Get information from controller..."
 
  1. Fill out "Project Name" and choose location
 
  1. Set your controller IP address
 
  1. Select "Receive data from controller"
 
  1. WinCap3 will start transferring data to PC
 
  1. When the transfer is completed, close WinCap3
  2. Zip the backup file
