Create a SystemLink TDM Diagnostics File

This article will allow you to troubleshoot an issue with the NI SystemLink TDM module by creating a diagnostics file to get a better idea of the problem. In order to create this, you would need to have the NI SystemLink TDM Configuration program installed.
This diagnostics file will contain a series of log files and other relevant information that you can provide to the NI Technical Support team to help you troubleshoot your issue.

  1. Look for NI SystemLink TDM Configuration in the Windows Search bar.
  2. Select the Other section on the left.
  3. Select Status.
  4. Click the Create diagnostics file... button.
