Slow Response Time When Programming the sbRIO-9638 via USB in LabVIEW

Issue Details

I want to program my sbRIO-9638 using the USB connection, but I'm experiencing random disconnects and very slow performance. What could be causing this? 

Solution

The sbRIO-9638 supports programming through the USB port using USB 3.0 certified cables connected to a USB 3.0 port. Using bad quality cables or connecting to a USB 2.0 or lower could cause bad performance and erratic behavior.
