Error -2147220730 in NI distributed System Manager

Issue Details

I am trying to create a new process from NI Distributed System Manager, but I kept receiving the error: 
 
(Hex 0x80040306) Internal error: The requested attribute change does not match the type of the attribute. Please note the steps you performed that led to this error and contact technical support. Error number: -2147220730 Machine: localhost Process: test

Solution

To try to solve the error above, please try the following:
  1. Make sure you have installed the correct version of the RIO drivers and LabVIEW.
  2. Make sure the NI Variable Engine service is running,
  3. If you're trying to deploy an executable, make sure you're including the NI Variable Engine in your installer.
