Issue Details

I just purchased LabVIEW from NI. After I plug in the USB provided upon the purchase for LabVIEW installation, I get the following error when I run the autorun.exe.

Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\NIPackageManager.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

How should I resolve this issue?

To resolve this issue:
  • Kindly download and install NI Package Manager from NI official website.
  • Upon completion the NI Package Manager installation, you should be able to run the installer without any error.

Additional Information

This issue might cause by a corrupted installer. If this issue can be reproduced when you attempt to install similar software on another computer, it is recommended for you to request a new physical media (DVD or USB) for your NI software.
