USB 3.0 Camera Detected in NI-MAX but Can't Acquire Images

Issue Details

My camera is detected in NI-MAX, but I can't aquire images from NI-MAX.

When trying to aquire an image through Visual Builder for Automated Inspection software, the following error appears :
 

The specified image acquisition device could not be initialized properly. Unable to load camera's XML file.

Solution

First make sure you have downloaded and activated Visual Builder for Automated Inspection and NI-IMAQdx driver. 

If it is the case, uninstall both software and reinstall by making sure you first install Visual Builder for Automated Inspection and then NI-IMAQdx driver. 

Additional Information

The issue can sometime appear even when the software is correctly activated.
