問題敘述

當我在 NI Measurement and Automation Explorer (NI MAX) 中查看 PXI(e) 模組時，它們顯示了一個碩大且未定義的名稱。名稱的寫法以PCI \VEN_1093&DEVXXXX的形式呈現，如下圖所示：

如果我在 Windows Device Manager中查看硬體，我會看到以下錯誤：

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52) 

在出現此行為的設備上試著使用任何應用程序都會失敗。我要怎樣才能解決這個問題？

解決方案

此錯誤表示控制設備通信的驅動程式存在著問題。要解決此問題，請按照下列步驟操作：

  1. Reset the NI MAX Database
  2. Uninstall and reinstall與您的模組相關聯的驅動程式。如果您不知道您的模組使用哪個驅動程式，請檢查device's manual。
