I have a TEDS sensor connected to a DAQ device, and I would like to calibrate it. Is the best way to do so in NI MAX or LabVIEW?

NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (NI MAX) is the quickest way to configure and calibrate a TEDS sensor:
  1. In NI MAX, navigate to Devices and Interfaces, then find your device.
  2. Unfold it and find the module you have connected to a TEDS sensor.
  3. Right-click the module and click Configure TEDS.

  1. In the dialog window, pick the input terminal your sensor is connected to.
  2. Click Scan for HW TEDS. This will import the calibration information. Note: If you instead would like to configure your sensor with a virtual TEDS file stored on your computer, you can click Import Virtual TEDS to browse for the file you would like to use.
