You don't have an Active License program or Standard Service Program Subscription (SSP)
- If you don't have an active license agreement but do own a Perpetual License, you may click on the contact us hyperlink to request a software installer. You'd be required to include your Serial Number/Service ID in order to request the installer.
- If you don't have an active license agreement nor do you own a Perpetual License, you'd have to purchase a new license in order to unlock the software's previous versions. You may either purchase the software from the NI's webpage or via email at orders@ni.com.
You have an Active License Program or Standard Service Program Subscription (SSP)
- You must first have an existing NI Online Account registered to your name and email for you to be able to download software.
- If you own an active license program/subscription you have to ensure the serial number in question has been registered to your NI Online Account first. Product registrations can take up to 24 hours to fully reflect on your account.
- If the download button's still locked even after registering the product to your account you may reach out NI's Technical Support Team for assistance.
- For Volume License Agreement (VLA) or Enterprise Agreement (EA) users, contact your Software Administrator for an installer or to request to be added to your organization's account.
Note: If you have an active subscription software license or service agreement and need a version of NI software older than what is available on the NI website, please contact NI support.
Alternatively, if you have the installer for the software you need on another computer, you can transfer the installer folder to the target computer and run the installer. You will still need to activate this software.
