Generate a SystemLink Technical Support Report

Software

  • SystemLink Server
  • SystemLink Client

I need to get diagnostic information about my SystemLink Server to get all server logs.

SystemLink Server installs with a configuration utility that can gather the necessary files for troubleshooting.
  1. From the Windows Start menu, open the application NI SystemLink Server Configuration
    • Start >> National Instruments >> NI SystemLink Server Configuration
  2. On the Troubleshooting tab, expand the dropdown menu Generate technical support report 
  3. Check Include server logs and Include service status 
  4. Click Generate, this will create a Zip file with all of the Server logs information
