Software or Toolkit Not Showing up in My Volume License Server

Issue Details

  • I gave permissions to the end user to have access to a EA Bundle like Control Test Plus and he is unable to license a software included in this Bundle.
  • I am the end user and I have access to Control Test Plus and some add-ons or software that should be included are missing.
  • There are missing components under the permissions of my Volume License Server under the Network Licenses in NI License Manager.

 

Solution

This is an error that happens when the License File of the host server is corrupt and it is missing components. To solve this issue, the software administrator of your Volume License server should contact NI to request a new license file.
  • If you are under a Volume License Agreement, the software administrator must email agreements@ni.com¬†with your Service ID to request a new license file.
  • If you are under an Enterprise Agreement(EA), the software administrator should contact ea.support@ni.com with the Service ID and request a new license file. The Service ID in an Enterprise Agreement has the format of EA-XXXXX.
