Cannot See Graphs in the Exported Reports From DIAdem

Issue Details

I'm using DIAdem to create and export reports in .pdf or .png/.jpg format. However, after configuring and exporting it the graphs are empty. 
The below image shows the resulting .pdf or .png/.jpg file: 

What is causing this behavior?


It is a very uncommon issue in DIAdem and could be caused if the Arial font is corrupted in your Windows installation. To repair your Arial font:
  1. Go to C:\Windows\Fonts if you did a clean install of Windows 10. If you have upgraded from Windows 7 or Windows 8 you need to go to C:\Windows.old\Windows\Fonts.
  2. Now you need to find the font that is giving you trouble. In most cases, it’s Arial or Mingliu. Find the font file and open it to preview the font.
  3. In the preview window click Install on the top right corner and you’ll reinstall the font manually.
