Troubleshooting
If a ghost module appears as below, look for a NI 9469 module with a red X next to it under cDAQ1. Delete this module and the ghost module will disappear.
- Error message: "This module does not support cDAQ sync."
This error occurs if modules are hot swapped and MAX is not refreshed. To correct this error, click Discover Connection and check the setup of your cDAQ chassis to see what is recognized in MAX.
