Installer Error 11006 Developer Error When Using My LabVIEW Built Installer

Issue Details

I am creating an Installer for my LabVIEW project, and the installer builds without errors in my development environment. However, when I run the installer, I see the following error:

.\ConfigInfo.cpp(3422): Installer Error 11006 

Developer Error. The following errors were found in your ini file: 

1. Missing Key: [mxs64.msi] Path 

What can I do to solve this error?

Note: I am using the TDM Excel Add-In Tool for Microsoft Excel

Solution

Some National Instruments Add-On's require other software pieces to be included in the installer. For example, the TDM Excel Add-In Tool for Microsoft Excel requires the DAQmx Application Development Support, even if hardware is not being used:

Please review the Description Box for each installer included in the Build Specifications to ensure all necessary software components are included in the installer. 

Additional Information

In order to find all available installers, uncheck Only display runtime installers checkbox in the Additional Installers tab of the installer properties window.
