Issue Details

We are using DPI (Digital Pattern Instrument) to make digital communication with the chip. At this time, I get a signal with a pulse width of about 40us from the chip. Can it be measured with DPI?

DPI is designed for semiconductor characterization and mass production testing. It is mainly used for digital communication and has the function of PPMU (Pin Parametric Measurement Unit).

You can manually measure the pulse width using the Digital Scope's Zoom Horizontal function of the DPE (Digital Pattern Editor), but it does not have the ability to automatically measure and return the pulse width.

Additional Information

If you want to measure the pulse width periodically, we recommend you to use Counter-module instead of DPI.
