TestStand Is Unable to Load Test Environment Adapter: FlxCVIadp.dll

Issue Details

When I try to launch TestStand, it does not open and I get the following error:
Unable To Load Test Environment Adapter: FlxCVIadp.dll

Solution

Try the following steps to resolve the issue:
  1. Ensure that the time on your computer is the current time and date. To change this, go to your system settings and find the Data and Time setting. Change it to the current time and date.
  2. Repair TestStand and LabWindows™/CVI (or LabWindows™/CVI runtime if you are not using LabWindows™/CVI)
  3. Try installing TestStand from another source
    1. Off line ISO, download from online or from NI Package Manager
  4. While installing TestStand, disable any anti-virus software of firewalls
