Lkdynam.Dll Is Missing When I Start Labview After Upgrading Ez-Tomas

Updated Feb 12, 2020

  • IOTech eZ-TOMAS Software
  • LabVIEW
  • Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX)

Issue Details

LabVIEW is unable to start stating that lkdynam.dll is missing, or NI MAX throws error messages such as "Nifpui.mxx blocking caused exemption..." and freezes, after installing or upgrading eZ-Tomas.

Solution

If you are using an older version of LabVEW, it is possible that there are some compatibility issues between your version of eZ-Tomas and LabVIEW. Try reverting back to an earlier version of eZ-Tomas (for example version 40 back to 36).
