Issue Details

On the 22nd of January 2019, I installed Windows Build 1809 Update on my PC. Since this update I have had numerous LabVIEW crashes.

LabVIEW has crashed under the following circumstances.

  1. Recompile -> Run Application -> No Issues -> Close Project -> Reopen Project -> Run Application -> LabVIEW Crash
  2. Run Application -> No Issues -> Close Project -> git push -> other computer -> git pull -> Open Project -> Run Application -> LabVIEW Crash

Solution

Make sure that the Windows Build .NET 1809 Update is installed in addition to the main Windows Build 1809 Update.

January 22, 2019 — KB4481031 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10, version 1809 and Windows Server 2019
