I want to parse an XML file in the Real-Time environment but when I look for the XML Parser VI's they are not there.

The XML Parser that is native to LabVIEW is not available in the RT environment. That said, a 3rd party has developed a viable alternative. 

JKI has developed an XML parser for the host and RT environments. You can download it as the following link:
