I am interested in knowing what analog input configurations are available on certain National Instruments hardware modules. Where can I find this information?

You can view available analog input configuration options in NI Measurement and Automation Explorer by:
  1. Opening an NI MAX Test Panel. This is done by expanding My System > Devices and Interface and selecting your device, then clicking on Test Panels.
  2. Click on the Analog Input tab
  3. Click on the Input Configuration drop-down menu.
  4. Supported input configurations will be in black, while unsupported configurations will be greyed out.

Additional Information

If want to know what configurations are available for hardware you do not have, you can simulate a device and follow the same steps listed above. Refer to the Simulated Devices tutorial for expanded details on creating simulated devices.
