Issue Details

I am having issues activating my LabVIEW Student Edition. I enter the activation information (Serial Number) and a message appears that the activation was successful, but once I close out of the window (only option available for me to click) and then reopen LabVIEW it asks me to re-enter my information again. I seem to be stuck in this activation loop and cannot get out.


This error may be due to the installed version of LabVIEW was incorrect or was corrupted. Redownload LabVIEW Student Edition. This time, activate product through NI License Manager by using an Activation Code rather than a Serial Number.

Additional Information

It is important to make sure that you have the student version of LabVIEW if that is what your serial number is supposed to activate.
