USB-6002 Not Recognized on NI Device Monitor

Issue Details

My USB-6002 data acquisition device is visible on NI-MAX (although it cannot be used or self-tested) but is not visible in NI Device Monitor. How can I fix this?


Review the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Verify your device is supported by the version of the NI-DAQmx driver installed on your computer by checking the Readme file.
  2. Verify your device is connected via a USB 2.0 port.
  3. If steps 1 and 2 are complete, the NI-DAQmx driver installation is likely corrupted. Force reinstall the DAQmx driver.
