Issue Details

I am trying to build an executable or library from my LabVIEW project but I getting Error -1357:

With the following the error description:
Error 1357 occured at ->
Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: A LabVIEW file from that path already exists in memory, or exists within a project library already in memory.

This problem occurs when the LabVIEW project include two or more VIs that have same name and only capitalization differences. For example:
  •  Read
  •  Read
This issue was identified in LabVIEW 2013 SP1 as CAR (Corrective Action Request) #517128 and has been fixed in LabVIEW 2015.
If you are unable to update LabVIEW, as workaround, please make sure the VIs' names differ in more than capitalization.
