Is NI TestStand Supported on Linux OS?

Issue Details

We have NI TestStand installed on Windows Platform. But, I am not able to find the TestStand Software installer for Linux Platform. Is TestStand software supported on Linux Platform?

Solution

The NI TestStand is not supported on Linux Platform as it is built on component object model (COM).

The NI TestStand Software supports the following operating systems:
  •     Windows 10/8.1/7 SP1
  •     Windows Embedded Standard 7 SP1
  •     Windows Server 2012 R2
  •     Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

Additional Information

In 2016 TestStand dropped support for Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, and installations of Windows 7 without any service packs. For example, TestStand 2017 will not install or run on an unsupported OS. You cannot deploy or distribute applications that use TestStand 2017 to an unsupported OS.
