Firstly, Have you tried Force Reinstalling the NI - RFSG Driver?
Please see this knowledge based article: Force Reinstall Non-Working or Corrupt NI SoftwareAlternatively, removing the 'repeat 1' and 'end repeat' from the constant wired to the Format into String function in the block diagram (please see image below) solves the issue.
By including the 'repeat 1' and 'end repeat' in a large piece of LabVIEW code will require more Virtual Memory (the memory available to the process that is running) that LabVIEW is able to allocate, thus causing the error. The code will still repeat without the 'repeat 1' and 'end repeat'
