Is the NI-9233 Module Supported by NI-DAQmx 18.0?

Issue Details

I am using the NI-9233 module and on the Devices and Modules No Longer Supported in NI-DAQmx 17.6 and later document it is mentioned that the this module is last supported in the NI-DAQmx 17.5 version. However if I install NI-DAQmx 18.0 and I connect the NI-9233 module it works successfully.

Does this means the module is supported in NI-DAQmx 18.0?

Solution

The NI-9233 module is officially not supported by the NI-DAQmx 18.0 driver (or later versions). On rare occasions, it can happen that the module is recognized successfully and you are able to use it within your application, however National Instruments can not guarantee that it will work all the time and/or with all the functions available within the NI-DAQmx palette.
